PARENT’S ROLE

the arts are for all
Founder and Artistic Director Rachel Galt has loved the performing arts since childhood when she began performing Shel Silverstein poems for family and friends. During college she interned for the casting directors of the acclaimed television show, “Gilmore Girls” and worked as a gymnastics coach.  Rachel has worked as an actress in Denver and California and uses her performance experience as a basis for her directing and instructive work. Rachel's expertise in curriculum design led to her creation of Executive Arts and the Play On! methods; emphasizing collaboration, and empowering students, teaching them tools and skills to create art on their own.  Rachel is a former Music Together® instructor and has taught classes and created curricula at schools in Orange County and throughout Denver.  She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Dance from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. Fall 2024 will be Play On!'s 20th season!
